Privacy notice

What we collect

From the briefing form, on the briefing page or the home page, only what you type into it: your name, your work email and your organisation, and, if you give them, your role and what you would like to drill.

With it we keep the page you sent it from, any campaign tags in the address you first came to this website by (your browser keeps them for that visit only), the time you sent it, and the country your connection comes from, when our hosting tells us. Your connection's address is used for ten minutes to stop the form being sent too often, and passed to Cloudflare to check that a person sent it; it is not stored with your request.

To count visits, this website also notes each page you open, the website that sent you here, the country and city your connection comes from, and your browser and type of device. This uses no cookies and does not record who you are.

Why we collect it

Your details from the form: to reply to your request for a briefing, and to set up and run the exercise you asked us about. Nothing else.

The visit counts: to see how many people open this website and which pages they read.

Who handles it for us

• Resend sends the emails: our note of your request, and the confirmation we send you.
• Vercel hosts this website, runs the form and keeps the visit counts.
• Cloudflare protects this website and checks that the form was sent by a person.

Each of them handles your details only to do that work for us.

How long we keep it

Until your request is closed, or until you ask us to delete it.

What we never do

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone beyond those who handle them for us above.

What you can ask us

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to have them corrected, or to have them deleted. Write to sonu@cyberwhisper.tech, or reply to any email we have sent you.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
